Warranty in EEC
Alyseum warrants its products to be free of defects in materials or workmanship, and conform to the specifications at the time of shipment for a period of two years from the date of purchase.
During that period, defect units will be repaired or replaced on a return-to-factory basis.
This warranty does not cover problems resulting from damages during shipping, due to faulty installation, improper power supply, abusive treatment or any user-related fault or negligence.
To obtain warranty service:
1. Contact us and send a copy of the original invoice in PDF or JPEG at our Email address info@alyseum.com.
2. We determine the problem so that we can find the most appropriate solution for you.
3. We always confirm a RMA number.
4. After recept of the RMA number, you can return your product at your cost.
5. If you respect all conditions above, we repair or replace your product freely.
6. We ship the product at our cost.
NB: To avoid any problems with insufficient background in electronics users we do not delivery electronics parts or electronics card separately for a self reparenting!
Warranty overseas
Same as above,
To avoid tax and VAT a second time, we send by post a RMA document with a self-adhesive plastic pouch that you have to stick prominently on the packaging.
Without this document stuck on the packaging, we do not accept the package.
Long term support
Equipment needing repair out of the warranty period requires a written agreement before being sent to us. Charges for repair and shipment may apply.
Equipment sent to us without such prior agreement will not be repaired and not returned to the sender.
Careful packaging during shipment
Products sent for repair under warranty or not, must be adequately protected.
Products arriving broken due to improper packaging will not be repaired and the loss will not be compensated.
