The VCATRIX is an 8×8 matrix in which each input is connected to all 8 outputs through 8 VCAs. Its 64 VCAs provide completely free, flexible, and fully analog routing, capable of handling any type of audio or CV signal.
In addition, each output is preceded by an attenuator, which can be controlled either via its dedicated CV input or with the ATT trim.
This provides precise output level control for every channel.
Staying true to its design philosophy, ALYSEUM offers numerous ways to control the 16 presets: via CLK, CV, or MIDI.
A free and open-source HTML editor allows you to view and adjust all 64 VCAs, as well as save and manage an unlimited number of preset patches on your computer.
User patches can be saved in 16 Presets and recalled by:
● CLK+RST inputs to obtain a Sequential VCATRIX I/O router
● CV Input with its bipolar offset setting.
● MIDI NOTE or PGM CH or CLK and CC
● The freeware VCATRIX editor (HTML)
● And of course, via the front panel.
